We will accept in store exchanges.

"*Pokémon Products: All Pokémon products (cards, booster packs, sealed sets, etc.) must be unopened and in original factory-sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened Pokémon products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.*

*Apparel: All apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Items that have been worn or have had tags removed are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged."*
